Fabrizio to come and cook a traditional Tuscan meal in our holiday villa for a special family gathering in October.  We were slightly nervous as we were going in blindly, and hoping for the best.  We had no cause for worry!  Fabrizio's communications were very friendly, and he was very flexible and accommodating in the menu selections - working with some special dietary needs, and suggesting wonderful local dishes.showed up at our very remote villa right on time, and was very professional.  He proceeded to create the most amazing meal that we had our entire time in Tuscany. He was friendly, tidy, and served each course with a smile! He even provided cooking tips and answered our questions, without missing a beat in the kitchen!added treat, Fabrizio made creme caramel - especially for the small children, even though they were not partaking in the official meal.not recommend Fabrizio highly enough!  If you are looking for an amazing, authentic meal for your Tuscan holiday -  look no further.  This is the man!  Book him now.

Dear Fabrizio,had such a wonderful time with you, Liliana and Dante.  You made our stay so very special. You were our Superman picking us up in Florence. You "saved" us and brought us to the beautiful villa. We felt right at home and relaxed. Your meals were absolutely delicious.  We so appreciated you making authentic Tuscan dishes for our taste buds.  We also loved all of the travels with you.  You added so much wonderful information and insights to all we saw.  Among our favorites were Borro, the monastery AND our personal tour of Cortona.  thank you even more for all of your kindness, patience and thoughtfulness.  You were tireless in making sure we were well taken care of and happy....from grocery stops to special "pick-up" places...and always with a smile!  Your friendship will be treasured always.truly hope you will follow your dreams and passions in the future...wherever they make take you.  If you ever come to the USA, be sure to stop in Connecticut. 15th -22nd June 2013chef Fabrizio was marvellous. The cookery lessons were a hands on experience. I made fresh pasta which was a delight to eat, Cantucci di prato con vinsanto (Tuscan Biscuits) dipped in the Vin Santo and lots more.gave a brief explanation about the recipes we were going to do that day, when we started to cook he was very attentive and explain every step of the recipe. I had a wonderful time and would recommend that everyone should give it a go.

Hi everyoneto reality for me too, windy and wet here today, so I am missing the weather, but I practised my spinach and ricotta ravioli last night on my family and sister, and they loved  it. They  are just waiting for me to cook everything else having heard about all the good food we had.I also made the pollo cacciatore and pannacotta, and we drank proseccco ! wish I was still there, I learnt so much and had a fabulous time.suitcase was overweight coming home with all my purchases, and I had pecorino, Parmesan and truffle cream that was bought in the airport in my hand luggage on the way home.I will definitly book another holiday , everything was superb, from the excellent Villa , the expert  teaching and knowledge  from Fabrizio.

Dear Fabrizio,and I so enjoyed your cooking instruction at Varramista. You taught us very well indeed, with passion, and good humour at our lack of professional skills!had chosen some super Tuscan recipes which I feel confident to try out at home. Making pasta was the best- that is a skill which is not natural to English people, and I am looking forward to impressing my friends with what I have learnt!  liked the fact that we had to do all the chopping, kneading and whisking for ourselves. I liked the little tips you gave us as we worked. Many things- so simple which had not occurred to me before. It is hard to believe that every mealtime was three courses prepared- then eaten- by us all. And lots of good wine too. What a treat! surprise birthday cake was so nice of you, and not on the agenda at all. It was a very kind gesture- thank you!would like to return some time, especially as the others said the lasagne you taught them was like food of the gods! will have no hesitation in recommending you to my friends.wishes,
